Originally from Cleveland, he is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University, School of Dentistry and has a Master&#8217;s in Oral Biology from the George Washington University. His Naval assignments have included Camp Pendleton, California; Okinawa, Japan; Yokosuka, Japan; Naples, Italy; and Bethesda.
