This year, the Hungarian Association will repeat its popular and successful Friday afternoon event, \u201cSecrets of Great Hungarian Cooks\u201d! This year\u2019s theme is \u201cHealthy<\/em> Hungarian<\/em> cooking.\u201d<\/em> Should you visit Hungary soon, you will note that many health food stores have popped up – even in \u201cvid\u00e9k\u201d<\/em> \u2013 the areas outside of Budapest. Hungarian organic wineries are doing a booming business. Come watch and hear professional chef Mrs. Edit Juh\u00e1sz prepare and serve Hungarian specialties and delicacies based on what has been dubbed \u201cReform Konyha\u201d in Hungary – the healthy cooking movement. You will also watch Mrs. Zsuzsa Bot\u00e1nsky demonstrate Hungarian vegetarian cuisine. She has given numerous cooking demos for the Hungarian Seventh-day Adventist Church (Clevelandi Magyar Hetednapi Adventista Gy\u00fclekezet, Westlake, OH). Mini-samples – guaranteed delicious – will be provided for the audience. In addition, all attendees will receive a free bilingual mini-cookbook containing all the recipes and instructions.
